USE OUR SPACE: Host Your Own Creative Session!

Our studio space is available for rental! Ideal for artists who wish to host a workshop, teach a series of classes, or run a summer camp. Groups who need a workspace to spread out, get messy, and create also enjoy our space. Past artist-led classes and workshops have included painting, printing, sewing, felting, stained glass, paper-marbling, quilling, and more.

Our 640 sq ft studio space features:

• 2 large, wide tables – 96 x 48" and 96 x 42" (can seat approx. 6 adults, or 8 children each)

• 1 medium table - 72 x 36" (can seat 4 adults or 6 children)

• 20 stools + 4 chairs with backs

• Additional folding tables, assorted sizes, are available at no charge

• Wi-Fi connection

• Large white wall for image projection

• Concrete floor - lets you get messy

• Recycling bins

Our gallery room can be used for food + also features:

• Washroom with large utility sink for easy clean-up

• Bathroom with baby changing table

• Art book cart

Space is rented in 4-hour blocks as follows:

• Morning Session: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

• Afternoon Session: 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

• Evening Session: 6:00 pm - 10 pm

Rates: $100/session

Discounts apply to rentals that cover multiple dates:

• 3-week series, 25% discount = $225

• 6-week series, 35% discount = $390

Materials: No materials are included in the rental prices. Materials can be provided upon request and are priced per participant.

Cleaning fee: The $40 per session cleaning fee can be waived if you agree to clean the studio after your session and leave the space as you found it. This includes wiping down tables, sweeping the floors, and tidying the bathroom. Food garbage will need to be disposed of.
